| 备注 |
Wolfsegg am Hausruck, a small Upper Austrian coal-mining town, issued Heller notgeld during the acute coin shortage that gripped Austria from around 1916 onward. Municipal and corporate issuers across Austria filled the void left by hoarded metal coinage, and small communities like Wolfsegg produced their own denominations rather than rely on a supply chain that had essentially collapsed under wartime pressure.
Josef Rockstroh's single signature suggests a lean administrative structure — likely a mayor or municipal treasurer signing on behalf of the Gemeinde rather than a formal banking committee. The Jaksc/Pick reference places this within the broader Austrian notgeld corpus, but Wolfsegg issues are uncommon in the trade.
