Obverse description Printed in dark green on a light green fine-line guilloche underprint with a dotted border frame. A scroll-form banner across the upper half carries the title inscription "Gutschein der Gemeinde Winklarn" in Gothic blackletter script; the numeral "10" appears in circular cartouches at both upper corners. To the left, an oval vignette presents a landscape view of Winklarn with a church steeple and village buildings. Below, a rectangular panel flanked by a circle bearing the numeral "10" states the denomination "Zehn Heller" in Gothic lettering. The validity date "Gültig bis 30. Dezember 1920" and the anti-counterfeiting warning "Nachahmung wird bestraft" appear along the lower margin.

Reverse description Plain cream-toned paper with a single-line rectangular border. The heading "Gutschein der Gemeinde Winklarn" is set in Gothic blackletter across the top, followed by the denomination "Zehn 10 Heller" flanked by decorative chain ornaments. A block of authorising text in Gothic script records the resolution of 12 April 1920 by which the Gemeinde Winklarn, Bezirk Amstetten, N.-Ö., issued vouchers of 10, 20, and 50 Heller and accepted liability for the same. Three facsimile signatures with titles appear below, and a printer's imprint is visible along the bottom edge.
