The heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Windhag bei Waidhofen an der Ybbs, N.-Ö.' is set in mixed Gothic and Roman typefaces across the top panel. The central section carries the denomination '10 HELLER' flanked by the redemption obligation text split across two columns, stating the commune's liability and the note's validity to 30 December 1920 in legal tender. Three facsimile signatures with their official titles appear at the foot, along with the printer's imprint. |
