| Description de l’avers |
The obverse features a centrally placed circular perforation flanked by the date numerals, split as '19' to the left and the year digits to the right of the hole. Above the perforation, an Imperial German crown with ornate scrollwork and flanking foliate volutes is depicted in high relief, symbolizing the authority of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The lower field carries the two-line colonial territorial legend in bold incuse serif characters. The entire design is contained within a finely executed beaded border running along the coin's periphery. |

| Description du revers |
The reverse displays the bold numeral '10' in the upper field above the central circular perforation, with the denomination legend 'HELLER' inscribed in large block serif characters beneath the hole, the upright stems of the letters flanking the perforation symmetrically. Two olive branches, rendered in fine detail with berries, rise from the lower flanks and frame the central design on either side. The mint mark 'A' appears at the bottom of the field between the legend and the beaded border, denoting the Berlin Mint. A continuous beaded border encircles the entire reverse design. |
