| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in red-pink on a fine letterpress underprint composed of repeating 'STADT WIEN' text and ornamental crosses arranged in a tiled pattern across the entire field. A central oval guilloche vignette frames a detailed view of the Vienna City Hall (Rathaus). The denomination '10 Heller' is set in large Gothic blackletter type flanking the vignette, with the issuing authority title 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Wien' at the top and a liability clause below the vignette, followed by the date 'Wien, am 19. Februar 1920' and three manuscript signatures for the Vice Mayor, Mayor, and City Council, with the printer's imprint 'H. ENGEL & SOHN, WIEN' at the foot. |

| Reverse lettering | Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Wien über 10 Heller. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Wien weitere Kassenscheine zu 10 Heller aus. Diese sind unverzinslich, werden von der Gemeinde Wien bis 30. Juni 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 1. bis 30. Juni 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung dieses Kassenscheines wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
