| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse carries a central vignette of Weitra Castle rendered in fine letterpress engraving, set within a decorative border with the denomination numeral '10' in each corner. The title 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Weitra N.Ö.' appears above the large Gothic-script legend 'Zehn Heller', below which a two-line liability clause in German states that the municipality guarantees the note with all its movable and immovable assets. The issue date 'WEITRA, am 7. Mai 1920' is printed centrally, with facsimile signatures of the Gemeinderat, the Bürgermeister, and the Vizebürgermeister, flanked by the municipal coat of arms in the lower corners, and the validity inscription 'Gültig bis 31. Dezember 1920' at the foot. |
