| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark blue on plain cream paper with a dotted border running the full perimeter. A central rectangular frame in a geometric Art Nouveau style contains the large numeral '10' flanked on either side by the word 'HELLER' in bold blackletter script, set against a lightly patterned guilloche underprint with stylised ornamental corner motifs. Below the denomination frame, a three-line text block states the redemption obligation and validity date, with the signatures of the deputy and the mayor appearing at the lower left and lower right respectively. |
