| 背面描述 | The reverse carries a central text panel set against a pink marbled underprint within a decorative black border with ornamental corner pieces. The main body text states the legal basis and redemption terms of the Notgeld issue in German script, followed by an anti-counterfeiting warning in bold type. Three facsimile manuscript signatures of municipal officials appear at the foot. Vertical side panels bear poetic inscriptions in small italics, and the top and bottom border bands carry additional motto lines, the lower band printed inverted. |

| 备注 |
Thalheim bei Wels issued this note as part of Austria's Notgeld wave — the emergency municipal currency that flooded the country after 1918 when the collapse of the Habsburg economy left small communities without enough low-denomination coinage to conduct daily trade. Thousands of Austrian municipalities printed their own, and the series became so elaborate that collectors began chasing them almost immediately, turning a genuine monetary crisis into an accidental philatelic phenomenon.
Three signatories authenticate this note: the Bürgermeister and both deputies, which was the full municipal executive for a village of this size. Designer K. Nasberger's credit is unusually specific for a note at this denomination.
