The heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde St. Stefan a.W.' appears in large mixed Gothic and Roman script, followed by a block of letterpress text in German citing the council resolution of 13 June 1920, the total issue of K 30,000, and the redemption obligation at the municipal treasury by 28 February 1921. Signature lines for the Vice-Mayor and Mayor appear at the lower left and right respectively. |
