The left panel bears the municipal arms of Markt Oswald — a heraldic shield with two rampant lions flanking a church tower, inscribed 'MARKT OSWALD' — above the denomination '10 Heller' in bold gothic type. The right panel carries the full German-language redemption text, the issuance date 'St. Oswald, 1. Mai 1920', the signature line of the Bürgermeister Leopold Krenner, a small printer's monogram, and the anti-counterfeiting warning at the foot. |

Mai 1920 Gutscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 16.000 Kronen aus und haftet für die Verbindlichkeit, diesen Gutschein vom 1. bis 30. November 1920 bei der Gemeindekasse in gesetzlichem Bargeld einzulösen. St. Oswald, 1. Mai 1920. Der Bürgermeister: Leopold Krenner. Nachmachung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
