| 背面描述 | Green and red letterpress reverse. The upper legend in Gothic script reads 'Die Gemeinden St. Martin a. Y. und Karlsbach'. A central octagonal vignette, bordered by a checkered frame and inscribed 'NACHAHMUNG WIRD BESTRAFT', encloses a view of medieval castle ruins. Flanking text blocks state the legal basis of issue and the municipalities' joint liability pledge, with the validity and redemption date 'Giltig bis 31.12.1920' repeated in red. Two diamond-shaped denomination cartouches inscribed '10' appear at the lower corners, above the large red denomination legend 'Zehn Heller'. |

| 备注 |
An Austrian Notgeld issue from 1920, jointly authorized by two small Lower Austrian municipalities — Sankt Martin am Ybbsfelde and Karlsbach — pooling their administrative authority to produce emergency small change during the severe coin shortage that followed the collapse of the Habsburg economy. Local printers such as C. Queiser in nearby Amstetten handled the bulk of rural Lower Austrian Notgeld production in this period, working from modest equipment that gives these notes their characteristic uneven impression.
The Jaksc catalogue prefix JPR places this firmly in the provincial Austrian series rather than the more extensively studied urban issues.
