A central oval vignette presents a landscape view of a village with a church and surrounding hills. Four denomination roundels in red, each inscribed '10 Heller', occupy the four corners. Below the vignette, the text 'Die Bürgermeister:' introduces two manuscript mayoral signatures, with the validity clause 'Giltig bis 31. Dez 1920.' at the foot, and the printer's imprint 'C.
