备注	Sankt Johann in Engstetten is a small parish commune in Lower Austria, and this note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept Austrian municipalities between 1919 and 1921 — a consequence of the catastrophic coin shortage that followed the collapse of the Habsburg monetary system. Hundreds of communes issued their own small-denomination emergency paper, and the 10 Heller piece was among the most common denominations, used to bridge the gap left by vanishing copper and nickel coinage. F. Klein of Amstetten was a regional printer handling multiple local Notgeld commissions in this part of Lower Austria. Three municipal signatories authenticated the issue — unusual to see all three names survive in catalog records for a note of this modest scale.
