Descrizione del dritto	Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse presents a central landscape vignette in a folk-Art Nouveau style, showing a long suspension bridge over a river with wooded banks and gently rolling hills in the background. The scene is framed by an ornamental border of stylised foliate and ribbon motifs. The issuer legend appears in Gothic script along the top, while the denomination "10 Heller" is repeated three times in the lower margin; the notation "3. Auflage" (3rd issue) appears below the frame.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse, also printed in green on cream paper, carries the title "Gutschein" in large Gothic script across the upper panel, flanked by two diamond-shaped numeral cartouches bearing "10" at left and right. A central shield-shaped vignette presents a view of the Elektrizitätswerk (electric power station) of the town of Amstetten, captioned within the vignette. To the left, "Gemeinde Schönbichl" and the validity clause "Gültig bis 31. Dez. 1920" are inscribed; to the right, "Pol. Bezirk Amstetten" and the notice "Nachdruck verboten" appear. Three facsimile signatures with their respective titles — Vice-Bürgermeister, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat — run along the lower portion.
