The upper portion carries the heading GUTSCHEIN DER MARKTGEMEINDE / Schenkenfelden. in bold Gothic script, flanked on left and right by large denomination numerals '10' in oval cartouches above the word HELLER. A central oval vignette presents a line-engraved view of the Gemeindeamt (municipal office) building with a tree to its right, captioned Gemeindeamt Schenkenfelden. Validity text to the left reads Gültig nur bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 1920, while an anti-counterfeiting warning occupies the right panel. The lower register contains a redemption guarantee text with three manuscript signatures below the titles Der Vizebürgermeister, Gemeinderat, and Der Bürgermeister. |
