Obverse description	The left portion of the note carries a letterpress vignette of a rustic Austrian market-town courtyard scene, rendered in fine line-art style in dark brown ink, with a large tree in the foreground and a multi-storey building with arched gateway behind. To the right, the denomination '10 Heller 10' is set in bold Gothic script at the top, with a large red underprint numeral '10' overlaid centrally. Below, the issuing authority inscription and a liability clause appear in smaller Gothic lettering, followed by the mayor's manuscript facsimile signature above the caption 'Der Bürgermeister'.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed entirely in dark brown Gothic script on plain buff paper stock, with no vignette. The upper portion carries a four-line satirical verse in German, below which the bold heading 'Gutschein der Marktgemeinde Rossatz i. d. W.' appears in larger display type. The lower section provides validity and redemption period dates in smaller Gothic text, concluding with an anti-counterfeiting warning.
