| 备注 |
Röschitz is a small wine-producing market town in Lower Austria's Kamptal region, and this Heller note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept Austrian municipalities between 1919 and 1921 — a period when the postwar collapse of the Austro-Hungarian monetary system left local governments scrambling to produce their own small-denomination scrip to cover everyday transactions that official coinage could no longer support.
F. Berger of Horn was the regional printer of choice for dozens of Lower Austrian Notgeld issues, and Wilhelm Ambros — credited here as "Prof." — was among the designers who brought genuine artistic ambition to what were otherwise purely functional emergency instruments.
