The central field carries a four-line verse in Upper Austrian dialect printed in a period Gothic typeface, with a faint mirror-image impression of the obverse text visible as a show-through watermark effect. A circular official municipality dry stamp is impressed at the right margin. |

The issuing authority here is the local council itself — Bürgermeister Hoffmann and Vizebürgermeister Kuben signing alongside a second councillor was the bare minimum of civic authority required to give such notes any credibility with local shopkeepers.
The Jaksc catalogue remains the primary reference for Austrian municipal Notgeld of this type, and the JPR0793 series suggests Pürbach issued across multiple denominations. Whether this 10 Heller circulated beyond the village boundary is doubtful.
