| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in dark brown on cream paper and enclosed within a decorative border of interlocking oval links. The field is occupied entirely by a seven-line Gothic-script text affirming the municipality's legal obligation to redeem the voucher in lawful currency, followed by a notice that redemption at the municipal treasury would take place from 1 to 31 December 1921. Three manuscript signatures appear below, attributed to the Vizebürgermeister at left, the Kassier at centre, and the Bürgermeister at right. |

| Opmerkingen |
Puchberg bei Wels is a small municipality in Upper Austria, and this 10 Heller note belongs to the vast wave of Notgeld issued by Austrian towns and villages between roughly 1919 and 1922, when chronic coin shortages following the collapse of the Habsburg economy made small-denomination change essentially unavailable. Thousands of communes printed their own emergency issues, ranging from crude single-color typeset slips to elaborately illustrated collector pieces — the latter category increasingly cynical about its actual monetary purpose.
The Jaksch reference places this within a well-documented Upper Austrian regional series, but Puchberg's issues remain minor entries even within that corpus.
