Obverse description Tan-toned note printed in dark brown and green, with a decorative foliate scrollwork border running along all four edges. The upper portion carries the issuer inscription in bold Gothic lettering flanked by two cartouches each reading "HELLER", with the numeral "10" set in a dark lozenge at centre. The left vignette shows a traditional wine or cider press (labelled "OBSTBAU") within a circular sunburst frame, while the right vignette presents a horse before a farmstead (labelled "PFERDEZUCHT"); a large green rosette with the numeral "10" occupies the central field, with flanking green "10" numerals below. The designer credit "Entwurf von Pepi Sirim" appears in the lower right margin.

Reverse description Plain cream-coloured reverse printed in dark brown, enclosed within a rectangular scalloped-edge border with denomination numerals "10" set in ornamental corner medallions. The central text block, in letterpress, states the municipality's liability clause authorising redemption in legal tender within 14 days of notice at the Bürgermeisteramt, followed by an anti-counterfeiting warning. Below the text, three signature lines are headed "Geschäftsführ. Gemeinderat:", "Bürgermeister:", and "Vice-Bürgermeister:" respectively, each bearing a manuscript signature. The printer's imprint "Lith. u. Druck von F. Seitenberg, Wien III." appears at the foot.
