| 备注 |
Oed is a small market town in Lower Austria, and this note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept Austrian municipalities between 1919 and 1921 — a period when chronic small-coin shortages forced local authorities to print their own fractional currency. The printer, F. Rieder of Amstetten, handled several such commissions from municipalities in the Mostviertel region, working at a scale far removed from the great security printers of Vienna or London.
Three signatories authenticated this note, which was typical for Marktgemeinde issues where collective municipal authority needed to be visibly asserted. Reitinger's design credit is unusual enough to note — most Notgeld at this level went unsigned by any designer.
