| 备注 |
Oberösterreich issued its own fractional currency in 1920 because the postwar Austrian Republic had effectively lost control of small-denomination coinage — metal shortages and rampant inflation had driven Heller coins out of circulation entirely. Provincial and municipal Notgeld filled the vacuum, often printed locally by whatever means were available. This note carries four signatures, which is unusually bureaucratic for an emergency issue of this value.
Franz Langoth, one of the deputy signatories, would later become a prominent figure in Austrian National Socialism — an uncomfortable footnote for a note bearing his name in an official capacity this early.
