Obverse description Green letterpress note on cream paper, with the denomination numeral '10' at both upper corners and the title 'Gutschein der Ortsgruppe der Gemeinden' across the top. A central text panel in calligraphic script lists the five issuing municipalities — Neustadtl/a.D., Nabegg, Judenhof, Windpassing, and Kl. Wolfstein — flanked by two framed vignettes: a church tower with rooftops at left and a tall ornate column monument at right. The lower margin carries the validity notice 'Giltig bis 31 Dezember 1920' along with the facsimile signatures and titles of the five Bürgermeisters of the issuing communities.
