A bold header reads 'Gutschein über 10 Heller', followed by a block of justified German text stating the terms of issue: the municipality issues vouchers to the value of 40,000 Kronen, that the notes are non-interest-bearing and redeemable in legal tender upon public announcement, and that the municipality guarantees the obligation with a corresponding savings deposit. Below the text, the printed facsimile signatures of the Vice-Mayor, Mayor, and First Municipal Councillor appear alongside their titles, with the place and date 'Neukirchen, im Mai 1920' at the foot.
