Obverse description	The obverse is printed in olive-green on cream paper and divided into two vertical panels. The left panel contains the denomination numeral '10' within a dotted guilloche underprint border, surmounted by the Gothic-script inscription 'Kassen-Schein.' set within a diamond-shaped ornamental vignette with corner squares. The right panel presents a detailed landscape vignette of the Maria Schmolln pilgrimage church and village, rendered in a fine line-engraved style with the place name 'MARIA SCHMOLLN.' inscribed along the lower margin and an artist's signature visible in the lower right corner.

Reverse lettering	Ich gelt grad 10 Heller, O mein Gott, o mein; Zu an Haibal Bier Müssen unsa 30 beinand sein. Kassen-Schein über 10 Heller der Gemeinde Maria Schmolln. Der berühmte Wallfahrts- und Sommerfrischort Maria Schmolln gibt dieses Notgeld infolge Kleingeldmangel aus und löst diesen Schein bis 31. Oktober 1920 für gesetzliches Bargeld ein.
