| Obverse description | Single-sided letterpress note printed in brown on cream paper, framed within an ornate border of foliate scrollwork. The upper field carries the Gothic-script title 'Gutschein der Wallfahrtsgemeinde Maria-Lanzendorf' above the large denomination 'Zehn Heller', flanked to the right by a vignette of the pilgrimage church of Maria-Lanzendorf with a cross-crowned tower and an early biplane in flight.
