| 备注 |
Maria Laach am Jauerling is a small municipality in Lower Austria, and like hundreds of Austrian communities during the post-WWI economic collapse, it issued its own emergency paper currency — Notgeld — when the central government could no longer guarantee adequate coin supply. Three signatories authenticated this 10 Heller note: the Bürgermeister, his deputy, and the Geschäftsführer des Gemeinderates, an unusually full administrative endorsement for a village-level issue.
The Jaksch/Pick reference JPR0584c-10 places this within the broader Lower Austrian municipal Notgeld corpus. The "c" suffix indicates a distinct variety within the Maria Laach series.
