Obverse description	Letterpress in green on cream paper. An Art Nouveau title inscription within decorative scroll ornaments occupies the upper portion, below which a central vignette presents the Jauerling observation tower set in a landscape, flanked by stylised flame and wave motifs. The denomination numeral '10' and the word 'HELLER' appear in large characters at the foot of the vignette, flanked by repeated '10h' inscriptions, with three printed manuscript signatures and their official titles — VICEBGM., BGM., and GESCH.G.R. — beneath.

Reverse description	Cream paper with a faint ghost underprint of the obverse tower vignette at centre. A four-line German verse in italic script occupies the upper right, while the series designation '3. Serie.' appears to the left. Below, a main text block in Gothic Fraktur typeface sets out the full notgeld title, issuing municipality, denomination, validity date, and redemption instructions.
