| 背面描述 | The reverse is divided into two panels. The left panel carries a block of printed German text setting out the redemption obligation of the Ortsgemeinde Kirchberg bei Linz, dated 25. April 1920, followed by a facsimile manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister, and closes with a four-line German verse alluding to the note's creation as an emergency measure. The right panel bears a decorative shield-shaped vignette engraved in woodcut style with a steam threshing machine scene above and a large gear wheel below, surrounded by scrollwork; the denomination '10 Heller 10' appears above the vignette and '10 10' below, with the printer's imprint 'Karl Huger, Urfahr' at the foot. |

| 备注 |
One of several thousand Austrian municipal Notgeld issues produced in the immediate postwar years, this 10 Heller piece from Kirchberg bei Linz was printed by Karl Huger in Urfahr — a small press serving the Upper Austrian market during a period when the collapse of the Habsburg monetary system left local governments scrambling to produce small-denomination substitutes. The national coinage had effectively vanished from circulation, hoarded or melted, and villages like Kirchberg had little choice but to commission their own.
Huger's output for these communes was functional rather than elaborate. Kirchberg's issue is documented under Jaksch/Pick JPR0443a.
