| Obverse description | Printed in dark red on pale blue-grey paper, the note is divided into three vertical panels. The left and right panels each contain the denomination numeral '10' within an ornate cartouche, flanked by the inscriptions 'GEMEINDE / GUTSCHEIN / ÜBER / HELLER' and 'HÜTTAU / GUTSCHEIN / ÜBER / HELLER' respectively, with decorative scrollwork above and below. The central panel bears a landscape vignette of the village of Hüttau, with a church steeple rising amid conifer-clad hillsides and mountains in the background; handwritten signatures of municipal officials appear beneath the left and right panels. |

| Reverse description | Printed in dark red on pale blue-grey paper, the reverse is framed by a dense geometric border of interlocking oval and circular motifs. A header band carries the denomination 'HELLER 10 HELLER' in bold block letters. The central field is occupied by a large oval cartouche containing the redemption text in capital letterpress, stating the voucher is redeemable by the municipal treasury until 31 January 1921, with a total issue of 20,000 Kronen, authorised by council resolution of 8 July 1920. The printer's imprint 'R. KIESEL, SALZBURG.' appears in small type at the foot of the note. |
