| Obverse description | Plain cream-coloured note with a green guilloche underprint panel at centre, enclosed within an ornate Art Nouveau border of interlaced scrollwork. The denomination '10' is printed in large bold numerals at centre, flanked on either side by the word 'Heller' in gothic blackletter script. The heading 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Horn' appears at the top, with the municipal guarantee text and date 'Horn, am 25. Jänner 1920' below the central panel, followed by three facsimile signatures of the Vizebürgermeister, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat. |

| Reverse lettering | Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Horn über Zehn Heller. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Horn Kassenscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 100.000 Kronen aus. Dieselben sind unverzinslich, werden von der Gemeinde Horn bis 31. Juli 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 1. bis 31. Juli 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
