The central text block, set in a Fraktur typeface, states the legal basis for the note's issuance — a resolution of the municipal committee of 14 April 1920 — guarantees redemption with the commune's full assets during December 1920, and carries an anti-counterfeiting warning at the foot. The printer's imprint appears in the bottom margin. |
