| Description de l’avers | Printed in violet on cream paper, the obverse is divided into three vertical panels. The left and right panels each bear the denomination 'ZEHN / 10 / HELLER' within an arched vignette over a woodgrain-style underprint, with the left panel additionally inscribed 'Gültig nur bis 31. Dezember 1920' in a lower cartouche and the right panel bearing the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft.' The central panel contains the full authorizing text of the municipal resolution dated 16 May 1920, with the redemption period and the facsimile signatures of municipal officials. |

The oval is set within a rectangular border composed of decorative ruled lines and corner squares bearing the numeral '10', with lateral panels filled with a horizontal woodgrain-pattern underprint. An artist's signature, reading 'R. Schnabl, Linz', appears within the lower portion of the oval vignette. |
