Obverse description Printed in violet on pale green paper, the obverse presents a central vignette of the village of Haindorf an der Sirning, rendered in a fine line-engraved style and dominated by a church tower with an onion dome rising above the rooftops of surrounding rural buildings. A dotted border frames the entire composition, with the denomination numeral '10' at the upper right and the Gothic-script legend 'Gutschein über zehn Heller' at the upper left within a rounded arch. The issuer's name 'Gemeinde Haindorf a/s Sirning' appears in large Gothic lettering along the lower margin, and the initials 'J.M.' are visible at the lower right of the vignette, indicating the artist.

Reverse description The reverse, printed in violet on pale green paper, carries the full text of the emergency currency ordinance within a decorative hatched border, with the denomination '10 Heller' in bold type at the upper left and right corners. The central text block states the legal basis for issuance per the municipal council resolution of 8 May 1920, the validity period through 30 December 1920, and the obligation of the Gemeindeamt Haindorf to redeem the notes in legal tender.
