Mai 1921 |
| 背面描述 | The reverse is essentially unprinted save for the same overall lozenge cross-pattern underprint in pale ochre that covers the entire surface. A central rectangular panel carries an elaborate interlaced guilloche underprint in a slightly darker tone, framed by delicate scrollwork corner ornaments, leaving the note otherwise blank. |

| 备注 |
Gutenbrunn is a small village in Lower Austria, and its Heller notes belong to the Notgeld wave that swept Austrian municipalities between roughly 1916 and 1921 — a direct consequence of the Austro-Hungarian empire's metal coinage disappearing from circulation as copper and nickel were requisitioned for the war effort. Gemeinde issues like this one were legally tolerated stopgaps, printed in tiny quantities for purely local use and rarely traveling far beyond the issuing parish.
The Jaksch/Pick JPR0315 series covers Gutenbrunn's full set of denominations. Surviving examples frequently show heavy handling — these were working notes, not collector pieces at issue.
