Panoramic townscape vignettes of Gross-Siegharts fill the left and right flanks, with the denomination numeral 10 in bold at each upper corner. The legend ZEHN HELLER runs across the top, and MARKTGEMEINDE GROSS-SIEGHARTS is set in large block capitals along the lower portion, all within a decorative ruled border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is headed by the word GUTSCHEIN in bold capitals, below which the town hall of Gross-Siegharts is illustrated in a central architectural vignette flanked by ornamental corner devices bearing the denomination 10. A circular heraldic seal of the Marktgemeinde Gross-Siegharts occupies the centre, incorporating the Austrian double-headed eagle. The redemption text states that the note is valid from 15 to 31 December 1920 and is redeemable in legal tender, followed by the facsimile signatures of the Vizebürgermeister and the Geschäftsführender Bürgermeister, with the anti-counterfeiting warning DIE NACHAHMUNG WIRD GESETZLICH BESTRAFT on the left margin.
