| Obverse description | Salmon-pink emergency note (Notgeld) printed in dark brown letterpress on a floral-patterned underprint ground. The upper border carries the validity inscription within a ruled frame, while the central text in Fraktur script identifies the issuer and states the denomination as '10 (zehn) Heller'. A redemption guarantee clause signed by the Bürgermeister appears in the lower half, with an anti-counterfeiting warning set in a bold bordered cartouche at the foot. |

| Reverse description | The reverse, printed in the same salmon-pink and dark brown colour scheme over a delicate floral underprint, carries the denomination numeral '10' at both left and right margins flanking the central Fraktur text block. A detailed paragraph in Gothic script cites the Gemeinderat resolution of 31 July 1918 authorising the issue of vouchers up to a total of one million Kronen, and specifies the redemption period at municipal cashier offices from 15 November to 1 December 1919. |
