The denomination '10 Heller 10' is set within a dotted rectangular panel at centre, above a multi-line German text authorising the issue of small-change vouchers up to fifty thousand Kronen by resolution of 22 April 1920, redeemable at the Marktkommunkasse in Gramastetten until 31 December 1920. A printed facsimile signature of the chairman Franz Weinbauer appears at lower right, with a counterfoil monogram block at lower left. |
