Obverse description Notgeld voucher printed in green on cream paper in a highly decorative Art Nouveau style, with two stylised fish flanking a central cartouche that bears the issuing text in ornate Gothic script. The denomination '10' appears in the upper left and right corners, with the word 'Heller' rendered in flowing calligraphic lettering across the top. A fine foliate and scroll guilloche border frames the entire composition, and a facsimile mayoral signature appears at the foot of the central text panel.

Reverse description Printed in green on cream paper, the reverse centres on an oval vignette of the village church of Fischlham with its Baroque tower, set amid trees and low rural buildings against a hillside backdrop. The numeral '10' is repeated in each of the four corners within decorative cartouches, and an interlaced geometric border with stylised foliate motifs frames the overall design.
