The entire field is occupied by a centered block of justified German text setting out the legal basis for the emergency issue, referencing the municipal council resolution of 5 June 1920, the non-interest-bearing nature of the notes, and the redemption window of 15 to 31 December 1920. A counterfeiting warning and the printer's imprint appear at the foot. |
