正面描述 The obverse is printed in dark brown and red-orange tones on cream paper. A central vignette set within an oval frame presents a letterpress view of the local church at Bromberg surrounded by a rural landscape with hills in the background. The denomination numeral '10' appears in red-orange panels at the upper left and right corners, with the value inscription 'Zehn Heller' in a bold Gothic banner across the top, flanked by ornate guilloche side panels; the lower portion carries the issuer inscription 'Kassenschein von Bromberg / Gemeinde Schlatten N.Ö.' in a combination of blackletter and bold Roman type.

备注

Schlatten was a small German-speaking village in Bohemia, and this note is one of hundreds of Heller-denomination municipal issues that flooded Central Europe after 1918 when the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire left local administrations scrambling to fill a brutal small-change shortage. By 1920, the new Czechoslovak crown was technically in circulation, but coins remained scarce enough that municipalities still commissioning Vienna printers for emergency paper was entirely rational.

K. Piller produced a substantial volume of these Notgeld-style issues for Bohemian communities in the immediate postwar years. The JPR0105b designation indicates a variant within the Schlatten series.
