| Obverse description | Green letterpress Notgeld voucher on cream paper, with the issuer title 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Blindenmarkt' across the top in Gothic script and denomination numerals '10' at each upper corner. A central oval vignette carries what appears to be a local heraldic or architectural motif flanked by decorative guilloche side panels. Below the vignette, a two-column liability text is followed by the validity date '30. Dezember 1920' and three facsimile signatures of municipal officials. |

A lengthy central text paragraph in Gothic script sets out the legal basis for issue (council resolution of 19 March 1920), the redemption conditions, and a counterfeiting warning. The bottom margin carries the legend 'Zehn 10 Heller' flanked by rosette ornaments. |

März 1920 Gutscheine zu 10, 20 und 50 Heller aus und haftet für die Verbindlichkeit, diese Scheine in gesetzlichem Bargeld einzulösen. Diese Gutscheine haben bis 30. Dezember 1920 Gültigkeit, sind unverzinslich und werden im Monate Dezember 1920 im Gemeindeamte Blindenmarkt (Niederösterr.) in gesetzl. Bargeld eingelöst.
