Obverse description Salmon-toned note with a decorative scroll-work border at all four corners and a fine linear frame. The centre is occupied by two circular vignettes placed side by side: the left vignette shows the Palmühle (mill) and the right shows the Kapelle in Preith (chapel), both rendered in fine letterpress engraving. Between and above the vignettes, the denomination numeral "10" and the inscription "Heller" appear in Gothic script, with the issuer name "Manning" arching below in matching calligraphic lettering, and "Gemeinde" curving above.

Reverse description Plain cream-coloured reverse printed entirely in black letterpress, with a thin single-line rectangular border. The full text of the municipal guarantee declaration is set in block type across the centre, referencing the council resolution of 22 May 1920 and pledging the commune's total assets as security for redemption. At the foot, three small ornamental squares serve as a divider, below which the names and titles of the two authorising officials are printed in two columns.
