Obverse description	The face of this local emergency note is printed in pale brown tones and carries a central oval blank field intended for the official dry embossed stamp of the town of Split. The numeral '10' appears in large decorative type at left and right, flanking a vignette of a fortress tower at top centre. Ornate scrollwork and foliate guilloche fill the lower corners, lending a formal printed character to the note.
