Reverse description Central device consisting of the crowned Netherlands royal coat of arms — a shield bearing the rampant lion of Nassau holding a sword aloft in its right paw and a bundle of seven arrows in its left, set against a horizontally striped field. The elaborate royal crown surmounts the shield. Flanking the shield at centre field are the denomination figures 10 to the left and the abbreviation G to the right. The mint year appears in the exergue below the shield. The circular legend reads KONINGRIJK DER NEDERLANDEN (Kingdom of the Netherlands), and the whole is enclosed by a beaded border. Mint master and assayer privy marks are present at the base of the shield.
