Three mirrored oval guilloche medallions in each lateral field contain the denomination numeral at top, an inward-facing helmeted bust of Minerva at centre, and a text inscription at bottom. A crowned double-headed eagle occupies the lower field, at whose feet rest allegorical attributes including a globe, scroll, laurel branch, painter's palette and brushes, caduceus, cogwheel, anchor, plow, and stringed instrument. |
