Kasy Skarbowe przyjmują bilety zdawkowe w każdej ilości przy wszelkich wpłatach z wyjątkiem tych wpłat, które w myśl obowiązujących przepisów winny być uiszczane w złocie. Bilety zdawkowe poczynając od dnia 1 listopada 1924 r. będą wymieniane przez Skarb Państwa na monety zdawkowe względnie bilety Banku Polskiego.
