A vignette of a revolutionary battle scene occupies the right centre, with the Haitian coat of arms at upper left and the denomination numeral 10 at upper right. Three facsimile signatures appear at lower right beneath the titles GOUVERNEUR, GOUVERNEUR ADJOINT, and DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL.
