| Obverse description | Plain cream-paper bon de caisse printed entirely in letterpress, with the issuer's title SYNDICAT ARDENNAIS DE RAVITAILLEMENT / POUR LA RÉGION DE SEDAN set in bold green type across the upper portion, flanked on each side by large numeral denominators '10'. The central value legend 'Bon de DIX Francs' is rendered in bold display type, below which an italic text block states the guarantee by the 40 member communes and the redemption conditions at the Recette municipale de Sedan. A circular municipal seal of the Mairie de Sedan is applied at centre, with two manuscript signatures of the Président du Syndicat and the Agent spécial appearing at foot, above the validity clause. |
