The laser-engraved Jackson's horned chameleon appears in profile facing left, with the same fine scalework, three rostral horns, and coiled tail. The standing lion passant is again present in the lower centre, with the denomination '10 FRANCS' and date '2006' appearing to the left, and the legend 'REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO' curving along the lower periphery in reverse orientation. The scientific name 'Chamaeleo jacksonii' appears near the upper field.
